摘要
教育部等七部门《关于推进学习型城市建设的意见》指出,要"广泛开展城乡社区教育,推动社会治理创新"。其中显然蕴含着一种对社区教育与社会治理、社区治理发生交集的思考。从两者的交集中,不仅可以窥见社区教育以及学习型社区创建当下所存在的疲软乏力现象,更可以发现社会治理、社区治理理念已成为其"增力"的源泉,呈现出新的发展路径。
In "On Promoting the Construction of Learning-oriented City" Ministry of Education and other seven departments pointed out that "to achieve a wide range of urban and rural community education and to promote social governance innovation", which clearly implies an emphasis oncombination among community education, social governance and community governance. This combination, not only can present a picture of the weakness of community education and learning type community at present, but also can reveal the function of social governance and community governance as the source and path of the development.
