摘要
以苯丙乳液为主要浸渍液,加入少量抗水剂,采用浸渍的方法对汽车空气滤纸进行处理,探讨了抗水剂的种类及加入量对滤纸性能的影响。结果表明,与A K D相比,含氟抗水剂1、抗水剂2具有更好的相容性和抗水性,在添加量为0.25%时即可使滤纸具有非常优异的抗水性能。
The influence of the types and addition of the water- repellent on the hydrophobic property of automobile air filter paper was discussed. The impregnation application results showed that compared to AKD, the fluorinated water-repellent agent 1 and fluorinated water-repellent agent 2 have better compatibility and hydrophobic property. The filter paper has got the excellent hydrophobic property when the fluorinated water-repellent agent 1, 2 reached to 0.25%.
