摘要
目的:观察三拗汤加减方治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期痰热郁肺证型患者的临床疗效。方法:选取我院82例COPD急性加重期患者为研究对象,抽签随机分为观察组与对照组,两组均为41例,两组均采取常规治疗,观察组采取三拗汤加减治疗,比较两组治疗1疗程后临床疗效、肺功能指标及8-异前列腺素F2α水平变化。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为90.24%与对照组68.29%比较显著较高(P<0.05);治疗后观察组FVC、FEV1分别为(2.78±0.31)L、(59.13±12.44)%与对照组(2.11±0.16)L、(51.47±13.02)%比较显著较高(P<0.05);治疗后观察组8-异前列腺素F2α为(4.41±1.21)μg/L与对照组(5.79±1.34)μg/L比较显著较低(P<0.05)。结论:三拗汤加减方治疗COPD急性加重期痰热郁肺证型疗效确切,可显著提高患者肺功能,并可下调8-异前列腺素F2α水平。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Modified Sanao Decoction in the treatment of patients with chronic ob- structive pulmonary disease (COPD) acute exacerbation of syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung. Methods: 82patients in COPD acute exacerbation in our hospital were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into observation group and controlled group, with 41cases in each group. The two groups were given routine treatment. The observation group was addi- tionally treated with Modified San' ao Decoction. A course of treatment later, the clinical efficacy, lung function indexes and changes of 8-isoprostanes F2α level in the two groups were compared. Results : The total effective rate of the observation group was 90. 24%, significantly higher than that of the controlled group (68. 29% ) ( P〈0. 05 ) ; After treatment, FVC (2. 78 ±0. 31 ) L and FEV1 (59. 13±12. 44)% of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the controlled group [ (2. 11 ± 0. 16 ) L, ( 51.47± 13.02 ) % ] ( P〈 0. 05 ) ; After treatment, 8-isoprostanes F2αof the observation group (4. 41 ± 1.21 ) μg/L was significantly lower than that of the controlled group (5.79± 1.34) μg/L (P〈0. 05 ). Conclusion: Treating COPD acute ex- acerbation patients of phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome with Modified San' ao Decoction is of exact curative effect, which can significantly improve the pulmonary function of patients and decrease 8-isoprostanes F2α level.
