摘要
研制了一种将除废液、滤液收集和定量控制集成为一套系统的滤液自动收集装置,对装置的基本结构及工作原理作了详细描述。该装置能缩短过程操作,降低前处理时间,满足当天大量样品快速检测需求,提高连续流动法测定烟草常规化学成分(总糖、还原糖、总植物碱、氯、钾)的检测效率。本装置按各标准方法测定目标物数值比对无显著性差异。
An automatic filtrate collection device, integrating liquid waste removal, filtrate collection and quantitative control was developed. The detailed description of basic structure and working principle was presented. This device greatly simplified the pretreatment process, reduced pretreatment time, and met the requirement of rapid test of large number of samples, which improved the efficiency for the detection of conventional chemical constituents in tobacco (total sugar, reducing sugar, total plant alkaloid, chlorine and potassium). The results indicated that according to the standard method, there was no significant difference between part-filtrate and total filtrate.
