多西他赛治疗乳腺癌2种方案的有效性及安全性对照分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的研究和对比多西他赛治疗乳腺癌2种方案的有效性及安全性。方法收集乳腺癌患者共83例,分为40例对照组和43例观察组,对照组患者使用多西他赛、表阿霉素、环磷酰胺进行治疗,观察组使用表阿霉素、环磷酰胺进行治疗,并序贯多西他赛,将两组患者的临床效果进行观察和对比。结果观察组患者的3年无病生存率明显高于对照组,观察组患者的不良反应发生率显著高于对照组,P均<0.05。结论在乳腺癌患者的治疗过程中使用表阿霉素、环磷酰胺进行治疗,并序贯多西他赛,能够有效保证治疗的效果,且安全性更高,值得推广应用。
