摘要
强风导致独立柱广告牌的破坏是城市不可忽视的安全隐患之一。利用CFD及有限元分析等方法对独立柱广告牌所受风荷载及变形进行了分析,结果表明,在对独立柱广告牌进行受力分析时,必须考虑来流方向因素导致的受力不均匀性。以独立柱广告牌的正常使用极限状态为目标,提出了一种综合考虑风速风向影响的广告牌风灾风险评估方法,以此来衡量独立柱广告牌在极端大风天气下可能的风灾风险程度,为此类广告牌的风灾评估提供技术支撑。
Destruction of single-column billboard under strong wind is one of the potential risks that cannot be ignored in a city. Based on CFD and finite element analysis methods, the wind loading and deformation of single-column billboards are analyzed. The results show that the uneven force distribution due to inflow direction must be considered. Aiming at the serviceability limit induced damage assessment method of billboard considering the proposed state of single-column billboards, a wind- influences of wind speed and direction is to measure the risk level in extreme wind weather, providing a technical support for wind-induced damage assessment of similar billboards
