摘要
【目的】以PLoS OAJ网络平台为例,研究开放存取科技期刊知识服务的路径与功能,为国内开放存取平台建设者和图书馆开发利用开放存取期刊提供有益参考和借鉴。【方法】通过文献调研法、网络调研法,对PLoS OAJ网络平台在知识服务中的服务对象和服务功能的发掘,展现平台提供的自主自助、互动的知识服务。【结果】PLoS OAJ网络平台提供的知识服务,包括自主式检索服务、个性化定制服务和社交媒体互动服务,满足用户多样化的信息需求和互动交流需求。【结论】PLoS OAJ网络平台提供的知识服务,若增加图片检索功能、移动APP,加强与文献管理软件的联用,可进一步增强服务效果。
[Purposes]Taking PLoS OAJ platform as an example,this paper aims at exploring the path and function of knowledge services in open access academic journals.It is significant for domestic open access platform builders and libraries to utilize OAJs.[Methods]By literature retrieval and internet investigation,this paper explored knowledge service clients and service models available in the PLoS OAJ platform,and demonstrated the autonomous,interactive services.[Findings]PLoS OAJ platform provides plenty of knowledge services,including autonomous search,personalized services and social media interactive services,satisfying the hierarchy of information needs and users' interaction.[Conclusions]The knowledge service of PLoS OAJ platform,if added image retrieval,PLoS APP and strengthening the combination with the reference management software,will heighten the effects of knowledge services.
