机械辅助循环在治疗心力衰竭患者中的作用分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的分析机械辅助循环在治疗心力衰竭患者中的作用。方法选取本院2014年至2015年收治的心力衰竭患者20例,对20例心力衰竭患者应用机械辅助循环治疗,分析治疗作用。结果 20例患者中,13例患者运用离心泵,并且实施辅助循环治疗有效改善了患者的早期循环功能,患者尿量增加,血气逐渐恢复正常,肾上腺素及多巴胺用量逐渐下降。7例患者运用全植入式及体外型辅助装置以后恢复比较明显。结论在心力衰竭患者中应用机械辅助循环治疗,具有良好的质量效果,应注重早期使用,促进患者心功能恢复,或者帮助患者过渡到心脏移植。
