摘要
介绍了华电莱州发电有限公司1 000 MW超超临界锅炉设计特点,为了优化燃烧,提高锅炉运行经济性,进行了炉底漏风、煤种掺配及氧量试验,根据试验结果改善运行方式,使配风方式得到全面优化,炉膛出口氧量场基本调整平衡,局部缺氧问题明显改善,运行方式得到优化,为锅炉安全、经济运行提供有力保障。
This paper introduces the design features of 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical boiler in Huadian Laizhou Power Generation Company Limited. Tests on bottom air leakage,coal blending and oxygen content are conducted to optimize combustion and improve the economy of boiler operation. Based on the testing results,optimized air distribution,balanced oxygen content in furnace outlet and significantly improved local hypoxia problem are achieved through refining the operating mode. Furthermore,the operating mode is fully optimized that provides an effective protection for boiler safe and economic operation.
