摘要
针对钢丝酸洗除锈工艺产生的环境污染问题,设计一种新型表面除锈设备——钢丝砂带除锈机。介绍钢丝砂带除锈机的工作原理和基本结构,并对各装置的参数选择进行说明。实践表明,采用钢丝砂带除锈机进行生产时对环境无污染,钢丝表面质量好,速度稳定,且设备占地空间小,在一定程度上降低了经营成本,取得一定的经济效益。
Aim at environment pollution problem of pickling derusting during wire drawing production,design a new type of surface derusting equipment wire abrasive belt derusting machine. To introduce the working principle and basic structure of wire abrasive belt derusting machine,and parameter selection of every device are illustrated. Practice shows,it has no pollution to the environment when using the wire abrasive belt derusting machine to produce,surface quality of steel wire is good,speed is stable,and equipment takes small space,operation cost decrease at some level,and get some economic benefit.
