摘要
图书馆是高校的服务机构,是联系读者与书籍的纽带,如何提高图书馆服务质量显得尤为重要。本文从服务内容和技术方面阐述如何提高图书馆的服务质量。
University library is a service organization, is linked bond readers and books, how to improve the quality of library service is very important. This paper describes the service content and technical aspects of how to improve the quality of library services.
