摘要
单位制是当代中国大学的组织底色,养老保险制度的实施是单位制消解过程中的标志性事件。单位制的消解将促进大学提升自主配置人力资源的能力、依法管理内部事务的能力和自觉培育"文化软实力"的能力。同时,我们也应该对单位制消解后可能带来的国家意识形态控制力减弱、"老单位人"剧烈的文化心理震荡等负面后果保持警惕。
Danwei,which literally means"working unit or place"in the Chinese language,is the very foundation upon which contemporary Chinese universities are organized.The implementation of pension insurance system is a landmark event in the disintegration of the Danwei system.This disintegration will promote the university's ability to independently allocate human resources,to manage internal affairs by law,and to consciously cultivate"cultural soft power".At the same time,this disintegration may cause such problems as the weakening control of national ideology,and the cultural and psychological shock upon the old generation,on which we should keep alert.
