摘要
目的调查酒精性肝硬化患者住院费用并分析其影响因素。方法收集我院2011～2013年度出院首诊断为酒精性肝硬化病例1907例，采用t检验、多元逐步回归分析等方法对住院费用及其影响因素进行分析。结果酒精性肝硬化患者住院人次呈逐年上升趋势，2011年、2012年2013年分别为476、577和855人次；男性1879例，女性28例，平均年龄（51．60±8．70）岁，其中77．77％集中在40～60岁之间；平均住院天数（19．78±15．58）天，平均住院费用为（27900．32±26580．54）元，其中西药费、化验费和材料费是住院费用的主要构成部分，分别占65．01％、12．43％和8．11％，三项合计占总费用85．55％；影响住院费用的主要因素包括住院天数、输注白蛋白、输血、出院年份和婚姻状况等。结论酒精性肝硬化患者住院费用较高，控制费用需患者、家属、医院和社会的共同努力。
Objective To investigate the hospitalization costs of patients with alcoholic liver cirrhosis and explore the factors influencing the hospitalization costs. Methods A total of 1907 inpatients with alcoholic liver cirrhosis from 2011 to 2013 were included in this study. Multiple linear regression were applied to analyze the hospitalization costs and the relevant factors. Results The number of hospitalized patients with alcoholic liver cirrhosis showed an increasing trend and hospitalized patients were 476,577 and 855 in 2011,2012 and 2013; there were 1879 males and 28 females,with a average age of （51.60±8.70） years old,and 77.77% were 40 to 60 years old;the average hospital stay were （19.78±15.58） days,and the average cost were（27900.32±26580.54）Yuan, among which the costs of western medicine,laboratory test and examining materials accounted for 65.01%,12.43% and 8.11% ,respectively;The main factors affecting the hospitalization costs were time of hospitalization stay, albumin transfusion,blood transfusion,discharged year and marital status. Conclusion The hospitalization cost of patients with alcoholic liver cirrhosis are relatively higil,and efforts of patients,families,hospital and society are all needed to control the hospitalization cost.
