摘要
建立我国伦理审查委员会认证制度有利于规范我国伦理审查委员会组织建设,提高我国伦理审查的国际地位和话语权,提升我国伦理审查委员会质量。我国已拥有了许多伦理审查主体,具备了日益完善的法规基础,积累了丰富的认证经验,伦理审查委员会认证建设具备了可行性。关键是要建立一个权威科学的认证组织,建设一套系统规范的认证标准,构建一套集认证、教育、监督于一体的运行机制。
Establishing the ethical review committee certification system in China is conducive to standard ethi- cal review committee organization construction in our country, enhance the international status of Chinese ethical re- view and right of speech, and improve the quality of our ethical review committee. Our country has many main bodies of ethical review, possesses the perfect laws and regulations increasingly, and accumulates rich experience in the related certification. Ethical review committee certification construction has the feasibility. The key is to es- tablish an authoritative and scientific certification organization, construct a systemic and regulatory certification standards, and build a set of mechanism that integrate authentication, education and supervision.
