妊娠期急性肾盂肾炎高危因素及临床诊治分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨妊娠期急性肾盂肾炎患者的高危因素，以总结出更为合理有效的治疗方法。方法回顾性分析我院2012年1月至2014年12月收治妊娠期急性肾盂肾炎21例作为观察组，选择同期健康的60例孕妇作为对照组，对比分析引起妊娠期急性肾盂肾炎的高危因素。对收治的妊娠期急性肾盂肾炎21例患者均选用三代头孢菌素，积极控制高热，针对高危因素予以对症治疗。结果妊娠中晚期、贫血、呼吸道感染、糖尿病、电解质紊乱、妊娠期高血压疾病为妊娠期急性肾盂肾炎的高危因素。21例患者均治愈，无流产、早产及胎儿畸形的发生。结论及时诊断和治疗妊娠期急性肾盂肾炎，对症治疗其高危因素，可减少妊娠及胎儿的不良结局。
