摘要
建立无核葡萄综合品质评价体系,为筛选优良品种提供依据。以吐鲁番地区15个无核葡萄品种为试材,测定葡萄外观、内在主要品质性状指标,采用多元统计方法中的相关性分析、因子分析,确定外观、内在品质代表性评价指标;根据外观、内在品质主因子得分,结合层次分析法赋予相应权重,建立综合品质评价模型;根据综合品质得分进行优良度排序。结果表明,15个无核葡萄主要品质性状变异不同,指标间普遍存在相关性;可将外观品质评价指标简化为果粒整齐度、果粒质量、残核率、皮果比4项;内在品质评价指标简化为总酸质量分数、可溶性固形物质量分数、干鲜比3项;综合评价以‘无核白鸡心’‘无核白’‘爱神玫瑰’‘粒粒特’4个品种品质最优。根据葡萄外观、内在品质指标进行因子分析及结合层次分析法建立的无核葡萄综合品质评价模型全面、科学合理,可为无核葡萄优良品种的筛选提供参考依据。
The study aims to establish a seedless grapes comprehensive quality evaluation system and to provide the evidence for selecting high quality varieties.Taking 15 seedless grapes as test materials in Tupan,and measuring the main indicators of grape appearance and internal quality,factor analysis were used to establish comprehensive quality evaluation model,according to the primary factor score of the internal and appearance quality,combined with analytic hierarchy process to give corresponding weights,and it was sorted according to good degrees with comprehensive quality score.The results showed that the main quality traits changed differently among 15 seedless grapes,and there were correlation between indicators.Appearance quality evaluation indexes can be simplified as berry uniformity,berry mass,residual seed rate,and the ratio of pericarp to berry mass.Internal quality evaluation index was simplified to the total acid mass fraction,soluble solids mass fraction,and the ratio of dry matter to fresh mass.Comprehensive evaluations identified four better varieties,including‘Centennial Seedless＇ ‘Thompson Seedless＇ ‘Venus rose＇,and‘Lilit＇.The established comprehensive quality evaluation model of seedless grapes can be used for selecting high quality varieties of seedless grape.
