摘要
目的:建立绞股蓝黄酮类成分HPLC指纹图谱。方法:反向高效液相色谱法,采用ZORBAX S_B-C_(18)色谱柱(4.6mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相乙腈(A)-0.2%磷酸水溶液(B)梯度洗脱,柱温30℃,检测波长360 nm,流速1.0 m L·min^(-1),进样量10μL。结果:建立了绞股蓝黄酮类成分HPLC指纹图谱,标定了11个共有指纹特征峰,方法学考察符合指纹图谱技术要求。结论:该方法稳定、可靠,精密度高,重复性好,可为绞股蓝药材的质量控制提供依据。
Objective： To establish the HPLC fingerprint spectrum of flavonoids in Gynostemma pentaphyllum. Method： HPLC was performed on ZORBAX SB-C18 column（4. 6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm）,eluting in a gradient mode with the mobile phase of acetonitrile（A）-0. 2% H3PO4 as（B） at a flow rate of 1. 0 m L·min^-1.The column temperature was 30 ℃. The detection wavelength was 360 nm. The injection volume was 10 μL.Result： Eleven common characteristic peaks were identified as fingerprint peaks,the methodological study was consistent with the technical requirements. Conclusion： The established method is stable,reliable and highly accurate,and can provide reference for quality control of G. pentaphyllum.
