摘要
介绍了ECAE工艺及其工作原理,分析了ECAE技术中的挤压速度、挤压温度和摩擦因数等对材料的组织以及力学性能的影响,并对ECAE技术今后的发展方向进行了展望。
This thesis mainly presents the concept and operational principle of ECAE technology. It has concluded extrusion speed, extrusion temperature, coefficient of friction and the other correlated influencing factors in ECAE technology according to the existing research findings. It briefly presents the effects of ECAE technology on the microstructure and mechanical properties of materials, and prospects the development of ECAE technology in the future.
