摘要
目的:观察颈源性头痛患者采用低频电刺激的疗效。方法:回顾性分析2014年1-12月笔者所在医院收治的颈源性头痛患者60例的临床资料,所有患者均采用低频电刺激治疗,分析患者的临床疗效。结果:60例患者,治愈17例,显效21例,有效14例,无效8例,总有效率为86.7%。治疗后患者疼痛评分、疼痛指数、中医证候体征评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:低频电刺激治疗颈源性头痛具有较好的临床疗效,值得临床推广。
Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of low frequency electrical stimulation in the treatment of cervical headache.Method：Clinical data of 60 cases with cervical headache in our hospital from January 2014 to December were retrospectivly analysis,they were treated with low frequency electrical stimulation, the clinical efficacy were analyzed.Result：Among 60 cases, 17 cases were cured, 21 cases was markedly effective, 14 cases was effective, and 8 cases was invalid.The total effective rate was 86.7%. After treatment, the pain score, pain index, syndromes and signs of TCM were lower than before（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Low frequency electrical stimulation for cervical headache shows good clinical efficacy, worthy of clinical promotion.
