摘要
通过对比不同形式的玉米收获机收获台高度仿形控制方式,研制一种新型传感式电液智能控制仿形系统。系统应用DSP作为核心的智能控制单元,通过CAN总线通讯的触摸屏设置收获台高度、行驶速度等参数。通过试验研究不同收获台高度和行驶速度下的仿形效果和损失率,结果表明,该系统在收获台离地150mm、行驶速度在6~8km/h的作业状态下仿形效果最佳,并且损失率最低。新型传感式电液智能控制仿形系统实现对收获台离地高度的精确自动控制,提高玉米收获机自适应能力和自动化程度。
Through comparing the different forms of corn harvester harvesting table height copying control mode, a new kind of sensor type electric-hydraulic intelligent control copying system was designed. This system applies DSP as the core of intelligent control unit, communicates with CAN bus, uses touch screen to set height of the header, driving speed and other parameters. Through the test, the copying effect and loss rate in different header height and working speed were researched. The results show that the system has the best effect and minimum loss rate when the headers above the ground is 150mm, speed range is from 6 to 8 km/h. The control system achieves precise automatic control of the up and down of header, improves the corn harvester adaptive ability and the degree of automation.
