摘要
如何完善转基因食品标签粘贴制度是一个难题。通过对欧盟转基因食品标签粘贴制度的研究,结合我国当前的立法现状和现实情况,比较分析我国转基因食品标签粘贴制度的不足。借鉴欧盟的先进经验,进一步提出规范和健全我国转基因食品标签粘贴制度的法律建议。
It is a difficult problem on how to perfect the sticking system of genetically modified food label. Based on the research of the sticking system in the EU and the condition of legislation in our country,the article compares the disadvantages of the system in our country and puts forward some suggestions to regulate and complete it.
