On the Collaborative Innovation of Industries, Schools and Research Institutions in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of“Internet +”

摘要 互联网的发展已经为科技的发展打开了方便之门,"互联网+"为产学研协同创新搭建起了宽阔的平台,其与传统行业的结合,通过大数据、云计算、高效的数字信息化处理,极大地推动了产学研协同的技术创新、知识创新。"互联网+"利用信息优势和创新资源,强化对企业的宏观指导和顶层设计,攻克成果转化中的技术瓶颈问题,革新生产和工艺技术,对信息进行集成、共享、交换,形成大数据,加快科技成果的转化和产业的转型升级,极大地提高了知识的利用效率,成为产学研协同创新重要的支撑平台。 The development of the Internet has opened the door to the development of science and technology, "Internet +" is also building up a broad platform for collaborative innovation of industries, schools and research insti- tutions. Through big data, loud computing, efficient digital information processing and combination with traditional industries, "Internet +" has greatly promoted technological innovation and knowledge innovation by means of collaboration among industries, schools and research institutions. "Internet +" takes use of information advantage and innovation resources to strengthen the macroscopic guidance and the top-level design of enterprise, to overcome the bottleneck question of technology in achievements transformation, to innovate production and technology, to integrate, share and exchange the information, then form the big data, to speed up the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and industry u ng, to improve the use efficiency of knowledge greatly. It will become the important support platform of production, collaborative innovation.
