摘要
呋喃环封端的聚氨酯预聚物对含Diel-Alder(DA)加成物的聚氨酯的结构和性能有很重要的影响。通过研究糠醇、糠胺与纯的4,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)的反应,确定了糠胺可以按照化学计量来合成呋喃环封端的MDI。并采用MDI∶聚四氢呋喃二醇(PTMG)摩尔比2∶1先合成端基为NCO的聚氨酯预聚物,进而与糠胺反应形成呋喃环封端的聚氨酯预聚物,最后通过与二苯甲烷双马来酰亚胺(BMI)的DA反应合成了聚四氢呋喃型含DA加成物的聚氨酯。研究了聚四氢呋喃二醇的相对分子质量对含DA加成物聚氨酯力学性能和可修复性能的影响。结果证明,随着聚四氢呋喃二醇相对分子质量的增加,DA加成物的含量降低,含DA加成物聚氨酯的力学性能和可修复性能均有所降低。
Polyurethane prepolymer terminated with furan ring has great effects on the structure and performance of the polyurethane with Diel-Alder( DA) adducts. The reactions between methylene diphenyl diisocyanate( MDI) and furfuryl alcohol,furfuryl amine were investigated. The results confirm that the polyurethane prepolymer terminated with furan ring can be obtained in stoichiometric proportion from the reaction between MDI and furfuryl amine. Polyurethanes with DA adducts were synthesized separately from three poly-tetrahydrofuran polyols with different molecular weights.With the increase of molecular weight of poly-tetrahydrofuran polyol,the content of the Diels-Alder adducts in polyurethane decreases,the mechanical property and the healing property of the polyurethane also decrease.
