摘要
在软件系统的生命周期中,需求管理是信息系统设计、开发的基准线,只有在明确了软件需求之后才能开展有针对性的软件开发工作。从后台系统支撑部门的角度,针对信息系统需求管理现存的问题,探讨了适应通信企业的信息系统需求分析流程、关键环节的方法及需求管理的电子化支撑方案。研究成果有效保证了系统需求分析与设计的准确性,进而提升系统建设的效率与系统用户满意度,有利于更好地发挥信息系统在企业运营中的价值。
In software system life cycle, the requirement management is the basis of design and development of information system. Clear software requirement is absolutely necessary for specific system development. In view of the present problems, it dis- cusses the method suitable for communication enterprise system requirement analysis process, the key link, and electronic supporting solution. The research results ensure the accuracy of system requirements analysis and design, to further improve the efficiency of system construction and the satisfaction degree of system client, to develop the value of information system in enterprise operation.
