摘要
对国内电信运营商IT支撑系统自主研发的诉求进行分析,寻找自主研发的根本原动力,指出做好自主研发应具备的前提和行动,最后总结了自主研发应注意的不确定因素和其他需要引起关注的问题,希望能对当前的自主研发潮流有参考作用。
It analyzes the demand on the independent research and development of telecommunications operator IT supporting system, searches the basic driving force of independent research and development, points out the precondition for the independent re- search and development, finally gives the uncertain factors and the issues for attention, to provide reference for the current in- dependent research and development tide.
