摘要
目的:观察舒适护理配合针刺治疗脑卒中后睡眠障碍的临床效果。方法:选取脑卒中后睡眠障碍患者200例,随机分为研究组与对照组,每组100例。研究组给予舒适护理配合针刺治疗,对照组给予常规护理进行治疗,观察两组患者的疗效。结果:研究组住院时间、有效率、患者满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理配合针刺治疗脑卒中后睡眠障碍疗效显著。
Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of comfortable nursing in combination with acupuncture therapy on sleep disorders due to stroke. Methods： Two hundred patients with sleep disorders due to stroke were randomly divided into the research group and the control group,with 100 cases in each group. The ones in the research group were given comfortable nursing in combination with acupuncture therapy,while the ones in the control group were given routine nursing. Then the clinical curative effects of the two groups were observed. Results： The hospitalization length,the effective rate and the patients＇ satisfactory rate of the research group were all better than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Comfortable nursing in combination with acupuncture therapy has the remarkable clinical curative effect on sleep disorders due to stroke.
