摘要
农民工市民化已经成为当今城市发展的重大问题之一.新生代农民工能否顺利市民化主要取决于农民工市民化的约束因素.通过调查和实证分析得出,农民工的个人基本因素、经济因素、社会因素、心理因素都是影响农民工市民化的重要约束因素,进而导致农民工难以市民化并产生一定的社会影响,基于这些因素提出新生代农民工市民化的驱动路径:1提高农民工的收入水平,建立具有农民工特点的社会保障体系;2整合教育培训资源,建立教育培训制度;3构建促进农民工市民化的社会资本体系;4促进农民工市民化心理状态方面的转变.
Citizenization of migrant rural workers has been becoming an important issue for urban development.There are many restraining factors which determine whether the second-generation migrant rural workers can be translated into citizens without much difficulty.It is found in a research and an empirical analysis that these restraining factors include the basic individual factors,economic factors,social factors and psychological factors of the migrant rural workers,which makes it difficult to realize their citizenization and,consequently,results in a certain negative social influence.Based on these factors,some approaches to promoting the citizenization of the second-generation migrant rural workers are offered in this paper：（1）Increase the income of migrant rural workers and establish a social security system with their characteristics;（2）Integrate the resources of education and training and create an education and training system for them;（3）Construct a social capital system which can promote the citizenization of migrant rural workers;and（4）Help the second-generation migrant rural workers to transform their psychology so as to adapt themselves to citizenization.
