摘要
DNA条形码技术作为一门新兴技术逐步发展,近年来在中药鉴定领域中的应用日益增多,中药质量评价研究正进入一个崭新的时代。文章在对DNA条形码技术发展过程进行归纳分析的基础上,综合分析、阐述了该技术在中药质量评价领域的应用情况,并展望了DNA条形码技术的发展趋势和应用前景。意图为推动我国中医药现代化发展提供方向和借鉴。
Developed as a new invented technology,DNA barcoding has been wildly used to identify traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）,which has boosted advancement of TCM quality evaluation recently.Based on summarization and analysis of development process of DNA barcoding technique,this paper has comprehensively described and analyzed its application status in TCM.And further development trend and application prospect of DNA barcoding technology in TCM are proposed,which will provide direction and reference for the modernization of TCM.
