摘要
建设"特色职业院校"是我国推进现代职业教育发展的一项重要举措,但目前各地建设标准不一,进展也不平衡。相关经典理论表明,我国建设"特色职业院校"有其必然性和可行性。"特色职业院校"的具体内涵为服务目标明确化、办学主体多元化、教学实训基地化、培养培训一体化、产教科教融合化和专业建设特色化,外部表征为与区域经济联系紧密、资源配置合理、满足人力资源市场需求、人才培养模式多样、教育教学环境优越。建设"特色职业院校",需遵循依托特色专业、依靠市场驱动、多元主体合作、产教科相融合等原则,在办学理念、专业建设、人才培养、开放办学、教育管理、多元主体办学等方面实现特色。
The construction of vocational schools with distinguishing features is an important measure to promote the development of modern vocational education in China. But at present,the construction standards vary and there exists developmental imbalance in different regions. The related classic theories suggest that the construction of vocational schools with distinguishing features is necessary and feasible. The specific connotation of vocational schools with distinguishing features includes clear service targets,diverse school running subject,practical teaching basing,integrative cultivation and training,syncretic production and science teaching,as well as characteristic professional construction. The external representation of vocational schools with distinguishing features is characterized by contacting closely with regional economy,optimizing the resource allocation,matching the requirements of human resource market,diversifying the talent training mode and creating superior teaching environment. To build vocational schools with distinguishing features,we should follow the principles of relying on characteristic specialty,depending on market drive,diversifying subject cooperation as well as integrating production,teaching and science,highlighting features in school- running philosophy,professional construction,personnel culturing,open school running,education management and multiple principle school running.
