摘要
目的探讨帕金森病(PD)患者氧化应激与运动功能的相关性。方法对PD患者运用HoehnYahr(H-Y)分级和帕金森病联合评分标准(UPDRS)-Ⅲ的运动功能评分量表进行运动功能评分,同时检测患者血浆中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)、丙二醛(MDA)的水平,并与健康对照组比较。结果与对照组相比,PD组患者SOD、GSH水平明显降低,MDA水平升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01、0.05)。PD患者SOD及GSH的水平随着H-Y分级的增高而下降,与UPDRS-Ⅲ运动评分负相关;MDA水平随着H-Y分级的升高而升高,与UPDRS-Ⅲ运动评分正相关。结论 PD患者氧化代谢产物的增加与运动功能障碍呈正相关。
Objective To explore the relationship of oxidative stress and motor function in patients with Parkinson' s disease (PD). Methods Hoehn-Yahr (H-Y) grade and Motor score of Unified Parkinson' s disease rating scale ( UPDRS) - Ⅲ were performed on 88 PD patients, and the levels of Super oxide dismutase (SOD) , Glutathione (GSH) and malon- aldehyde(MDA) in plasma were detected at the same time. The results were analysiszed and compared to healthy control group. Results As compared to the control group, the levels of SOD and GSH were significant reduced while MDA was enhanced in PD patients (P 〈 0.01 or 0.05 respectively) , and the aggravating changes were found in deteriorated patients in H-Y grade. There were negative correlations between SOD or GSH and motor score, but positive correlation between MDA and motor score. Conclusion There was positive correlation between oxidative stress and motor dysfunction in PD patients.
