摘要
为推进"卓越工程师教育培养计划"的具体实施,分析了食品分析实验课程在食品科学与工程专业卓越工程师培养中的地位与作用。系统研究了食品分析实验课程教学内容、教学方法与手段的改革,构建了具有工程特色的食品分析实验教学体系。使学生在提高基本技能的基础上,提高其自主思考和创新设计能力、工程实践能力、与人协作的能力,以更好地完成卓越工程师的培养目的。
In order to propel the program of training excellent engineers in the teaching, the status and role of the food analysis experiment course in cultivation of excellent engineers of food science and technology engineering specialty was analyzed. The reform of teaching content and teaching methods for the food analysis experiment course was systematically studied. The food analysis experiment teaching system with engineering characteristics was established. The students were trained to do active thinking and have obtained the ability to do creative design, their ability in engineering practice and cooperation to meet the social need of excellent engineers.
