摘要
该可调偏心式三爪卡盘的结构设计,既具有三爪卡盘自动定心和精度较高的特点,又具有加工各种不同偏心量的能力,且调心操作方便、灵敏可靠,使用寿命长。该结构设计大大提高偏心工件的加工效率和加工的精度,对机械加工有着重要的意义。
Structure design of adjustable eccentric three jaw chuck has the properties of three jaw chuck automatic centering and accuracy,and has different ability of processing various eccentricities,and aligning operation is convenient,sensitive and reliable,and has long service life. The structure design can greatly improve the machining efficiency and precision of the eccentric parts,has important significance for mechanical processing.
