摘要
文章对兔胆的化学成分、胆汁酸成分制备方法及兔胆与熊胆药理作用等内容进行了整理,结果兔胆在镇静、镇惊等方面的药理作用,和熊胆比较无明显差异,这为代用熊胆提供了可能,应进一步验证试验结论,并对其机制进行深入研究。
This paper sorts out the chemical composition of rabbit gallbladder bile, method of bile acid preparation and pharmacological action of rabbit gallbladder bile and bear gallbladder bile, and other contents. The results show that there is no significant difference on the pharmacological action of sedation, anticonwtlsant, etc. between rabbit gallbladder bile and bear gallbladder bile, and this offers the possibility to substitute bear gallbladder bile. However, the experimental results should be further validated to conduct the in - depth study of the mechanism.
