摘要
为了实现统一控制,数据通信在自动化生产线中各单元之间信息传递起到了至关重要的作用。文章讨论了基于PPI网络的自动化生产线通信系统实现方法,重点论述了通信系统的线路连接、数据规划,并以2个工作单元之间数据通信为例,详细介绍了PLC组网通信的方法、步骤及实现过程。
In order to achieve unified control, data communication played an important role in information transfer among the automatic production line units. In this paper, the realization methods of automatic production line＇s communication system based on PPI network were discussed and the communication connection and data plan were emphasized.With the example of communication between two units, it studied in detail the methods and steps of PLC network communication and the realization process.
