摘要
针对传统宽幅播种机折叠机架在折叠过程中效率低、效果差等问题,采用TRIZ理论对2BMZ-13型宽幅免耕播种机机架进行了创新设计。通过对机架进行系统完备性分析、物场分析和冲突矩阵分析,确定机架的折叠机构为平行四杆机构,最后通过Pro/E对其进行了仿真分析,验证了方案的合理性。该设计有效的提高了机架的折叠效率和效果,对2BMZ-13型气吸式免耕精量播种机的推广使用具有重要意义,具有较好的应用前景和一定的学术价值。
For the issue of the traditional seeder folding frames with the low efficiency and poor effect,the paper innovatively design the wide no-till planter frame by the theory of TRIZ. The frame was parallel four-bar linkage,and simulated analysis by Pro/E,and the scheme was verified the rationality. This design improved the folding efficiency and effects of rack,and had the great significance to promote the use of 2BMZ-13 gas suction on no-till precise seeder and good application prospect and academic value.
