摘要
在基层团组织建构的同时,组织中的个体也在进行着自组织活动,并进而形成了一种随机态自组织。组织在发展阶段,为了满足自身合法性需求,更好地适应组织内外部环境,即组织内个体的情感需求和组织自身的模仿性机制,从而与随机态自组织相耦合。进而,形成了一种混沌态结构,该种形态兼具社区和工具的双重特征,属于机械团结。基于知识分享机制,混沌态结构从机械团结向有机团结演化,形成了临界态结构。
Individuals in the organizations self-organize,and come into random phase. To meet its legitimacy demand and adapt the organizational environment better,the organizations couple with the selforganization in random phase. Then,a self-organization formed in chaos phase has characteristics of community and tool. According to mechanism of knowledge-sharing,self-organization in chaos phase evolves to self-organization in critical phase.
