封装缓蚀剂海藻酸钙微球对油井的腐蚀防护

摘要 采用锐孔凝固浴法制备了含有加重剂和油田用缓蚀剂的海藻酸钙微球。利用扫描电镜、热重分析法表征了微球的形貌和组成,并研究了加重剂添加量对微球沉降性能的影响,采用紫外分光光度法和极化曲线法研究了微球的缓蚀剂释放性能。结果表明,封装加重剂的微球沉降性能良好,微球在溶胀破碎过程中逐渐释放缓蚀剂,从而实现缓蚀剂的沉降,增强了缓蚀剂对油井下部设施的防护作用。 Calcium alginate containers loaded with corrosion inhibitor used in oilfield and heavy additive were prepared with piercing-solidifying method.The morphology and structure of containers were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and thermo-gravimetric analysis(TGA).The effect of heavy additive′s amount on the sinking was investigated.And the releasing of containers was investigated by ultraviolet spectrophotometer and potentiodynamic polarization.The results showed that the sinking of containers was accelerated by the introduction of heavy additive.The containers released inhibitor gradually in the processes of swelling and splintering.Thus,the inhibitor sinks with the container and prevents down-hole facilities from corrosion.
