摘要
在制备ZnSe:Mn/ZnS纳米晶的基础上,从原料来源、合成工艺和掺杂3方面进行高质量纳米晶制备的机理分析。其中,原料来源、配体浓度、反应温度与时间均影响纳米晶的量子产率;Mn^(2+)能够成功掺杂到ZnSe/ZnS纳米晶中,其溶液在紫外灯照射下呈亮黄色,荧光发射峰位于585nm附近。
On the base of preparing ZnSe:Mn/ZnS nanocrystals, the mechanism of high-quality nanocrystals preparation is analysed from the source of raw materials, the synthesis method and the doping. The source of raw materials, the viscosity of ligands and the reaction temperature and the reaction time all have influence on the quantum yield. Mn~(2+) can be doped successfully in ZnSe/ZnS nanocrystals. The strong yellow emission is visible under UV excitation. The PL emission peak is located near the 585 nm wavelength.
