摘要
文章以跨学科的视角,对我国工业遗产的产业开发模式与建筑改造再利用方式进行梳理归纳,探讨了不同时代背景下,政策导向对产业开发模式的影响,以及这种影响下建筑改造再利用方式的演变。通过研讨工业遗产保护与再利用的政策模式,研究旨在促进产业政策的科学性和合理性,从而实现资源有效利用与城市可持续发展。
This paper makes a sum-up of the development mode of cultural industry and the methods of industrial architecture reconstruction in China from an interdisciplinary perspective. It attempts to find out how the policies in different periods have an effect on the development mode of cultural industry, which in turn affects the methods of industrial architecture reconstruction. By studying policy modes of industry heritage conservation and reuse, the research aims at promoting the scientificity and rationality of industry policies to make effective use of resource and achieve sustainable development of city.
