摘要
通过对使用后的耐火砖取样分析,探知高铬砖显微结构和成分变化,找出水煤浆气化炉向火面高铬砖受熔渣侵蚀损毁的原因。结果表明:高温熔渣对耐火砖的侵蚀,因熔渣成分、温度和耐火砖的内部致密程度及杂质含量的不同而产生不同的结果。
Effects of high temperature slag on the refractory brick erosion were studied in this paper. Used brick samples were analyzed to investigate the microstructure and composition change of the high chrome brick. The results indicate that slag composition, temperature, brick inner density and content of impurity can cause different erosion rate for the same shape refractory brick.
