摘要
通过文献资料法、录像观察法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法,以2007年和2011女排世界杯赛为例,分别从场上位置、年龄及技术特征的数据上研究世界女排队长的特征。通过研究得出:1.普通参赛队员的平均年龄为25岁,女排队长的平均年龄为28岁,前3名球队的队长平均年龄是30.5岁,女排队长的平均年龄比普通队员的平均年龄大3岁;2.主二传、主攻、副攻、接应位置的队员都有担任队长,但优先考虑主二传队员;3.在其位置上具有相应的优秀技术是担任女排队长的必要条件,但不是充分条件。建议在选拔女排队长时,首先重点考虑28岁左右的主二传队员,其次考虑其他位置、排球技术能力在其相应的位置上较突出、以及性格和领导能力等因素都优秀的队员。
Through using the methods of literature,video observation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,taking the 2007 and 2011 Women＇s Volleyball World Cup as an example,this article researches on the characteristics of world women＇s volleyball team captains respectively from the court position,age and technical features of the data. The result showed that the average age of ordinary players is 25 years old,the average age of team captains is 28 years old. This article suggested that the team captains should be selected from the main setters aged 28 years old and those players in corresponding position with excellent technology,character and leadership.
