摘要
《诉讼》是卡夫卡最重要的代表作之一,也是"卡夫卡式"小说形成标识。以主人公K的人生遭遇为切入点,从比较具体的方面来分析与K有着或明或暗关系的一些"人"(包括K自己和一些"局外人")和"物"(主要指"法庭"和"法")所起的作用,并力图探究这些"人"和"物"的象征意义,从而揭示出K的"生存困境"及其所象征的深刻内涵。
The Trial is one of Kafka＇s most important novel,which is also the typical symbol of ＂ Kafka Style＂ novel. This article aims to explore the functions and symbolic meaning of ＂the People＂——including K himself and some outsiders——and ＂the Things＂——mainly refer to court and the law which is around or connected to ＂K＂by analyzing his suffering in detail so as to reveal K＇s ＂ survival dilemma＂ and its deep connotation.
