摘要
为筛选出小麦喷施最适稀土配合物,选用Cl^-、NO_3^-和甘氨酸作为配体制备稀土镧(La^(3+))和钕(Nd^(3+))稀土配合物,通过叶面喷施研究稀土配合物对小麦叶片叶绿素含量和硝酸还原酶活性的影响。结果表明:3种镧配合物处理在镧浓度为0.5~1.5mmol/L时,与对照(空白)比均增加了小麦叶片叶绿素含量,其中Cl^-、甘氨酸配体当镧浓度分别为1.0mmol/L和1.5mmol/L时不同品种小麦叶绿素均增加显著。硝酸还原酶活性在低浓度镧配合物处理下比对照显著增强。不同钕配合物溶液喷施后小麦叶片叶绿素含量比对照均有降低趋势,Cl^-配体下钕浓度为0.5mmol/L、2.0mmol/L时显著降低,NO_3^-、甘氨酸配体下钕浓度为0.25mmol/L时皖麦33叶绿素含量显著降低。配体NO_3^-在钕浓度为0.5~2.0mmol/L时叶片硝酸还原酶活性比对照均显著增强,且增幅大;配体Cl^-在钕浓度为0.25mmol/L和1.0mmol/L、配体甘氨酸在钕浓度为0.5mmol/L时不同小麦叶片硝酸还原酶活性比对照增强显著。结论:不同稀土配合物对小麦生理指标的影响有差异,可采用0.5~1mmol/L LaCl3配合物进行小麦叶面喷施。
To select the most suitable rare earth complexes for spraying wheat,the influences of rare earth complexes on chlorophyll content and nitrate reductase activity of wheat leaves were studied by selecting Cl^-,NO3^-,glycine as ligand.Results indicated that the chlorophyll content was increased at0.5~1.5mmol/L La^3+with three kinds ligands compared with the control,among which it was increased significantly at the 1mmol/L and 1.5mmol/L La^3+ with ligand Cl-and glycine separately.After nitrate reductase activity was enhanced significantly at low concentration La^3+,and its change was not obvious between treatments with increasing concentration of La3+,and its change trends of different La complexes were consistent.The chlorophyll content showed a decreasing trend under the treatments of three Nd complexes,and it was significantly decreased at 0.5mmol/L and 2.0mmol/L Nd_3~+ with the Cl-ligand,and that of Wanmai33 was decreased significantly at 0.25mmol/L Nd^3+ with the NO3^- and glycine ligand.At 0.5~2.0 mmol/L Nd^3+ with NO3^- ligand,nitrate reductase activity of two varieties was enhanced significantly and the increase was large,and it was enhanced significantly at 0.25mmol/L and 1.0mmol/L Nd^3+ with Cl-ligand while at 0.5mmol/L Nd^3+ with glycine ligand.So the effects of different rare earth complexes on physiological indexes of wheat were different,and the 0.5~1mmol/L LaCl_3 complex could be used for wheat leaf spraying.
