两亲性煤沥青的设计及制备

摘要 依据两亲性分子和煤沥青分子的结构特点,设计并制备了两亲性煤沥青。以中温煤沥青为原料,浓硫酸为磺化剂制备两亲性煤沥青,考察温度、时间、改性剂等因素对沥青水溶物含量的影响;通过红外光谱分析手段,对两亲性煤沥青结构进行表征。研究结果表明,中温沥青进行磺化后能增加产品的水溶性,且氮气氛围有利于磺化反应的进行;中温沥青磺化制备磺化沥青的最佳条件:反应温度70℃,反应时间6 h,磺化比1.6,本工艺制备的磺化沥青磺化度为13.28%,水溶物含量为98.8%;经红外分析,水溶性沥青表面存在C=O,—COO—,—SO_3H多种含氧官能团。 Amphiphilic coal asphalt was designed and prepared according to the structure characteristics of amphiphilic molecules and coal tar pitch molecules. And amphiphilic coal asphalt was obtained from medium temperature coal pitch by sulfonation with H2SO4 as sulfonation agent. The effects of temperature, time and modification agent on water soluble content of asphalt were invest-igated. The structure of amphiphilic coal asphalt was characterized by infrared spectroscopy analysis. The results showed that water solubility of sulfonated medium pitch was increased, and the nitrogen atmosphere was propitious to sulfonation reaction. The optimum conditions of prepared amphiphilic coal asphalt were reaction temperature of 70 ℃, reaction time of 6 h, and sulfonation ratio of 1.6. The sulfonation degree of sulfonated asphalt was 13.28%, and the water soluble content was 98.8% under the optimum conditions. A variety of oxygen-containing functional groups like C=O, -COO-, -SO3H were on the surface of amphiphilic coal asphalt by infrared spectroscopy analysis.
