Perthes病的各治疗方法原理及治疗指征 被引量：2

摘要 Perthes病，又称Legg-Calv6-Perthesdisease（LCPD），是一种儿童特发性的股骨头缺血坏死性疾病。该病由Legg，Calv6，Perthes和Waldensttom于1909—1910年相继报道，是股骨头骨骺血运紊乱导致的骨骺及软骨坏死并引发骨化核出现生长障碍。与一般成人股骨头坏死完全不同，Perthes病程表现为自限性、自愈性及非系统性特点，即经历缺血期、碎裂期、再生期及愈合期后，股骨头最终达到正常或畸形愈合。经历一个多世纪，对于该病的研究虽然取得了一些进展，但是其发病机制、病理变化、自然病程及治疗方法等尚未有一个统一的观点。
