供应链与消费市场关系的仿真分析

Simulation Analysis of the Relationship Between the Supply Chain and Market

摘要 为了更直观地了解供应链生产模式与消费市场之间的相互关系,借助Anylogic仿真软件,从供应链原材料供应入手,建立供应链模型,并基于系统动力学建立市场模型,以连续性库存检查策略为例进行仿真与优化实验,对仿真结果进行了分析。结果表明,该模型能够可视化地研究供应链的动态变化过程,简单、高效地找出产品最优生产方式,为企业生产提供决策支持。 For a more intuitive understanding of the relationship between the production mode of supply chain and the consumer market,this paper,from the raw materials supply of supply chain,used the simulation software Anylogic for analysis and optimization,established the supply chain model and establish a market model based on system dynamics,taking an example of continuity inventory check policy,and analyzed the simulation results. According to the final results,this model provides supply chain dynamic change process of visualization,simple and efficient to identify the optimal mode of production,providing decision support for enterprise production.
