樱桃根腐病病原鉴定及其生物学特性研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了有效的防治樱桃树根腐病,采用组织分离法、单孢分离法、形态学特征和柯赫氏法则对樱桃根腐病的病原进行了分离纯化和鉴定;并采用菌落直径生长速率法和悬滴法测定了致病菌的培养条件及其对6种杀菌剂的敏感性。研究结果表明引起樱桃根腐病的病原为腹状镰孢菌(Fusarium ventricosa Appel&Wollenweber);病原菌在PSA培养基上生长最好,25℃和偏酸性条件有益于孢子的萌发,而光照对孢子的萌发没有影响。供试的6种杀菌剂中,樱桃根腐病菌对多菌灵最敏感,EC50为0.431 4μg·mL-1,其次是苯醚甲环唑和扑海因,EC50分别为34.999 3μg·mL-1和85.092 9μg·mL-1。研究结果对指导樱桃根腐病的防治具有一定的意义。 In order to effectively prevent and control occurrence and damage of cherry root-rot.Isolation and identification of pathogen were studied according to the morphological features,culture characteristics,monospore isolation and Koch,s postulates,The colony growth and spores germination were researched in relation to cultural conditions and the sensitivity of fungicides.Results showed that the pathogen was identified as Fusarium ventricosa Appel Wollenweber.Mycelium growth and spores production were better on PSA medium,25℃ and acidic condition,but light had no effect on spores production.Among 6kinds of fungicides,carbendazim showed the best distinguished toxicity against the pathogen,and the EC50 was 0.431 4μg·mL-1.difenoconazole and iprodione were also effective to the pathogen,EC50 were 34.999 3μg·mL-1 and 85.092 9μg·mL-1 respectively.The results have certain significance for prevening and controlling cherry root-rot.
