摘要
为验证统收式采棉机风送系统的空气动力学分析和优化设计的合理性和可行性,本文在完成风送系统试验台制作的前提下,完成正交试验,进行相应的数据分析,并的出结论:在入口1风速为20m/s、入口2风速为30m/s、滚筒转速n为370r/min时,本风送系统可以高效的完成采摘物的输送工作,除杂辊转速为50~60r/min时可以及时有效的清除棉桃及棉杆等密度较大的杂质,满足输送要求。
In order to validate the rationality and feasibility of aerodynamic analysis and optimized design of cotton picker's airflow system,the orthogonal test was completed to do the corresponding data analysis based on the airflow system test bench.When inlet one's velocity is 20m/s,inlet two's velocity is 30m/s,and the roller speed is 370r/min,the system can complete the picking object's transportation efficiently,and when the cleaning roll's speed is 50~60r/min,it can remove bolls,cotton stalks and other large impurities timely.So this system could satisfy delivery requirements.
