摘要
目的 观察盐酸多奈哌齐治疗老年痴呆伴精神行为症状的疗效。方法 本次研究纳入病例选择2012年7月-2014年7月在我院住院治疗的轻中度老年痴呆伴精神行为症状患者80例,按照治疗方法 不同将80例患者分为观察组和对照组,每组40例,两组均予抗血小板、降压、降糖、扩张冠状动脉及肠溶阿司匹林等常规对症治疗,观察组同时予多奈哌齐5 nmg,每天1次,对照组予吡拉西坦800 mg,每天3次。比较两组治疗后的临床疗效以及两组患者治疗前后MMSE评分、ADL评分的变化情况。结果 治疗后3、6个月,观察组与对照组的MMSE评分分别较治疗前显著增加,且观察组治疗后3、6个月的MMSE评分分别显著高于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组和对照组治疗后的总有效率分别为95.0%、77.5%,显著高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组生活质量良好率显著高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义（50.00%vs30.00%,P〈0.05）。结论 盐酸多奈哌齐治疗老年痴呆伴精神行为症状的疗效确切,可以显著改善患者的生活质量,值得推广和应用。
Objective To observe the curative effect of donepezil hydrochloride in the treatment of senile dementia with behavioral and psychological symptoms.Methods This study included 80 patients were hospitalized in our hospital from July 2012 to July 2014 in our hospital of mild to moderate Alzheimer＇s disease with behavioral and psychological symptoms,in accordance with the different methods in the treatment of 80 cases of patients were divided into observation group and control group,each with 40 cases.Two groups were given conventional symptomatic treatment of antiplatelet,hypertension,diabetes,coronary artery expansion and enteric coated aspirin,while the observation group were treated with donepezil 5 mg,once a day.The patients in control group were treated with piracetam 800 mg,3 times a day.The clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment,and the two groups of patients before and after treatment MMSE score,ADL score changes were compared.Results After 3 and 6 months,the MMSE score of the observation group and the control group were significantly increased,and the MMSE score of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of observation group and control group were 95.0%and 77.5%respectively,and the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The quality of life excellent rate of observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant（50.00%vs 30.00%,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Donepezil hydrochloride in the treatment of senile dementia with behavioral and psychological symptoms has curative effect,can significantly improve the patients＇ quality of life,worthy of promotion and application.
