GIPR与SSTR2在胃肠道神经内分泌肿瘤中的表达 被引量:1

摘要 目的比较胃抑肽受体(GIPR)与生长抑素受体2(SSTR2)在胃肠道神经内分泌瘤中的表达。方法收集60例胃肠道神经内分泌瘤患者手术切除肿瘤组织及癌旁正常组织标本,用qPCR方法检测以上组织中GIPR及SSTR2的表达水平;采用t检验和Wilcoxon秩和检验法进行统计学分析。首先比较GIPR与SSTR2在GINEN肿瘤组织的表达,然后对比GINEN肿瘤组织和正常组织中GIPR与SSTR2的表达,最后分析了NET与NEC患者肿瘤组织相对于正常组织中GIPR相对表达量。结果60例GINEN肿瘤组织样本中GIPR与SSTR2的表达量对比,差异没有统计学意义(P=0.97)。60例GINEN肿瘤组织中GIPR和SSTR2的表达显著高于正常对照组织(P〈0.01)。GINEN与正常组织中GIPR表达量的比值即GIPR相对表达量显著高于SSTR2相对表达量(P〈0.01)。NET中GIPR相对表达量高于NEC相对表达量(P〈0.01)。结论与SSTR2相比,GIPR可以作为一个更好的胃肠道神经内分泌瘤临床诊断新的参考标记物。 Objective To compare the expression of GIPR and SSTR2 in gastrointestinal neuroendocrine neoplasm. Methods 60 samples of gastrointestinal neuroendocrine neoplasm and normal tissue were selected. Expression of GIPR and SSTR2 in all specimens were detected by Qpcr. Firstly, compare the expression of GIPR and SSTR2 in GINEN tumor tissue. Then, analyze the expression of GIPR and SSTR2 in GINEN tumor tissue related !o normal tissue. Finally, analyze the expression of GIPR in NET and NEC related to normal tissue. Results GIPR shows absolute expression close to SSTR2 in these 60 GINEN samples. GIPR has a high expression in GINEN samples than normal tissue samples. GIPR has greater overexpression relative to normal tissue than SSTR2. GIPR has greater overexpression relative to normal tissue in NET than NEC. Conclusion Compared to SSTR2, GIPR can act as a better new biomarker for GINENz
